Jaycee has worked at Sunset Drive for more than eight years. She coordinates care with another nurse and five certified nursing assistants.
She thought she'd try a different career after once working as an auto parts delivery driver. She began as a certified nursing assistant and continued to work her way up.
Watch the video below to hear Jaycee's story.
"I heard about an opportunity from a head of radiology, and thought I'd try something different, and I fell in love with it," Jaycee says. "I started here to care for people."
Her goal is to make you or your loved one feel welcome, cared for and loved.
"You get to know people face to face and develop a love and a relationship with them," she says.
She's most proud at the end of her day knowing she has delivered not only healthcare, but a smile or friendly chat with someone who needs it.
"When I go home, I'm happy that I helped coordinate care here for people and that they're safe," she says.
